      Pros

      A Full Service Retirement and Assisted Living Community in Newcastle, Washington. Great place for seniors! And a great place to work!!!!

      Pros

      Pay was decent and lots of room for overtime since they can't keep people .

      Cons

      Corporate red tape. Way too much turn over and no room to move up. They aren't loyal to long term employees.
