      - some development opportunities if you know where to look - mfg is a young and fun department - pretty flexible on calling out/pto usage

      Cons

      - working at the fill/finish facility is interesting. Very disorganized and tough to deal with day to day - constant change - repetitive work - Management can be difficult to deal with sometimes

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
