      -Fast paced environment, lots of young fun people to work with everyday. -Learn something new everyday. -Help process drug products for people in need. -Great benefits (relocation, tuition re-imbursement, pay for loans)

      -Management in manufacturing department is super clicky. -Changing too rapidly to the point that once you figure things out it changes completely.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
