      The company expanded dramatically in the recent years and is expected to have a bright future. The employees enjoy good salary, benefits and job security. The company also has an overall friendly and flexible working environment, which encourages collaboration and innovation.

      Cons

      The promotion system is not ideal, which generated glass ceiling for a lot of senior titled researchers. This would compromise enthusiasm of some high-quality researches in a long run.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
