Pros

By NY/NJ standards, Regeneron pays well. High base, consistent annual salary increase typically 3-5% (more for some), bonus always exceeds target % (personal + company combined).

Cons

Sr Management "I'm right, your wrong" attitude sets a negative, demoralizing ethos. If you don't work on certain key brands, work is often not recognized or appreciated. Efforts toward DE&I didn't change Sr Management mentality. A big pharma company that is still trying to pass itself off as small pharma. For an innovative company, no innovative thinking about post-COVID return. Management still taking about returning to the normal day in the office with face to face meetings, rather than offering new ways of working moving forward. Limited opportunities for advancement in certain groups. Yes-men and nepotism are common.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

Cons

If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
