Convenient location for residents of Westchester.
Cons
Too many layers of inept management who may know the science, but have no idea of how to run a business. Unless you are a "favored employee," chances for advancement are poor. Those who work the hardest are rewarded only with more work, with no thanks or validation. In the event of an employee/supervisor conflict, the employee should not expect support from Human Resources.
