      Pros

      Management is so weak they have no clue about managing performance. You can coast, be the laziest under-performer and spend a lifetime here, and there are plenty who have.

      Cons

      The Regeneron 5 is a meaningless joke. The historians responsible for the bogus baloney should just retire and count their millions. They even dug up and brought back the old fossil responsible for the BS. Bureacracy, politics, stifling ideas and creativity, afraid to change. Smug, arrogant and complacent. This is a company stuck in the past and headed for a very big fall.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
