This job they micro manage everything the biotech production specialist does. They will send out departmental emails to shame you for making mistakes even small ones. They drastically underpay for the work you are doing. The managers sit in the office while you break you back manufacturing. They are not flexible about anything, and they do not listen when you need flexibility.
