      Toxic politics is very strong that made working at Regeneron impossible. There is work life balance and management is not supportive, other than do the work.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
