Pros
Working at Regeneron is incredible. Pay and benefits are outstanding. More importantly, it is a science-driven company doing high level research aimed at helping people who suffer from disease. The company is not afraid to take chances, and is currently pioneering the integration of large scale human genetics into the drug discovery process, among many other great things they are doing.
Cons
I mean who wants to work for a living? But if you have to, and you are a scientist, this is the place.
