Pros

Coworkers at the staff level are supportive and hardworking. You’ll learn how to multitask and manage a heavy workload quickly because the company runs on constant pressure. If you’re looking to build endurance and learn how to work under chaos, you’ll definitely get that experience here.

Cons

Leadership operates in a gray area when it comes to ethics and professionalism. The company appears to have inconsistent hiring practices — public records show individuals with concerning criminal backgrounds employed without clear communication or safeguards. This, combined with the lack of HR accountability, makes employees question safety and fairness. The owner is deeply controlling, requiring personal approval for nearly every decision, invoice, or process, which slows down productivity and causes frequent bottlenecks. Rather than delegating or empowering managers, everything revolves around maintaining control and cutting costs. Pay is well below industry standards for the workload expected. Employees are often pushed to take on tasks far beyond their roles without additional compensation or recognition. There’s little to no investment in employee growth, training, or morale. HR communication is inconsistent, reactive, and does not advocate for staff concerns. The culture rewards compliance and silence over honesty or initiative. Many dedicated workers burn out quickly because leadership values saving money over creating a fair or ethical environment.
