2.) Will spend more time on the phone than with customers.
3.) EVERYTHING is scripted. There is a script for phone calls, a script for AM/PM huddles, a script for one-on-one coaching conversations. Nothing is genuine or from the heart at all.
4.) You will be expected to product push while calling it "needs-based conversations." You will be handed a stack of credit card brochures and told how many to give out that day whether the customer asks for it or not.
