      Pros

      Definatley it is a place where your job is pretty secure and they have good benefits. The current position is good starting point and there are good possibilities of career advancement.

      Cons

      Currently in a hiring freeze so nobody can currently be moved up becasue your spot can not be filled and movement has to be aproved by your current supervisor.

      Pros

      I work on a team but most of the Work is independent. I am not being micro managed and my team is super supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      There are a lot of different task that may arise that you may not receive formal training on. This is a learn as you go position.

      Pros

      The Culture, the people, the atmosphere are OUTSTANDING- there really is a feeling of camaraderie and "can do" attitude in every person I've met here.

      Cons

      None so far, if anything, perhaps a tendency to plan a bit too ambitiously- but it definitely seems to steer the ship in the right direction.
