Pros

Loved my clinic director and team.

Cons

Regional had unrealistic expectations. Way too much micro-management. Prioritized tasks over patients. Did not lead by example. Poor benefits (medical, dental, vision). Terrible 401K. As the front desk person, you really can't get a true vacation. You come back and a lot of your work hasn't been done and you spend your first week back catching up on everything that wasn't done while you were gone.

Pros

If you are reasonably extroverted and like helping people, this is a great place to work. Management was friendly and accommodating.

Cons

Pay was a little low, but it is a simple, straightforward job in an air-conditioned clinic. And if you’re interested in getting into physical therapy or personal training, it’s a good place to gain experience).
