      Company is interesting and it has huge potential

      Cons

      ECommercial is in God postion here. They have totally different brnefits than others. Salaries are low, HR is lost and leadership fails to lead every time. Aims are high and never reached. IT is the lowest you can go. Nobody cares.

      Pros

      Famous company in Finland and everyone knows.

      Cons

      It is a famous Finnish company. However recent company situation is quite negative. There’re many negative events going on among past few years. Many layoffs, leaders don’t care the hired, unstable situations and so on. Never make it to good position outside Finland as competition is way too much. Should check their finances. Be careful if you wanna have stable mindset without worrying about being fired.
