- THE BEST TEAM! awesome and smart people that know how to work together to build great things. Plus they also know how to have fun in the process - I learned a lot here and I received the freedom and support to implement my ideas. If you want to enjoy a startup experience with the friendly atmosphere and the good vibes, this is a great place to be - salary and benefits have been well aligned with the market value of the position and my level of experience. And I've previously worked for an employer rated as the best in the industry so I have a healthy threshold to compare that to. - the management of the company was friendly, supportive and willing to invest in the success of each employee, inside and outside the company - good work life balance and a hefty portion of team activities and events - the CEO really listens and takes active measures to improve things whether it's a new tool, a new way of doing things or sorting out an isolated unpleasant event - I felt encouraged and stimulated to deliver my best work and I'd return here anytime Thanks for the opportunity Reincubate! I had a blast :)

- Wish the managing team would be more open, especially with the bad/unpleasant news. Sometimes I felt they were reluctant to share the bad news because they thought that might impact the morale. At the end of the day, we are all mature professionals who can understand that things don't always go as planned.

Great atmosphere and culture (loved the nerf guns). Friday lunches and friendly team. CEO is down to earth and works with the team (not the kind of guy who barely shows his face around the office). Good core working hours promote life / work balance.

Not enough training. They don't really offer the sort pay / package that would attract highly experienced candidates, but they seem surprised when new comers need more training or help.
