Most coworkers keep to themselves and others are apart of a clique. Work politics are messy - gossip, bullying etc. Everyone wants to be in charge. If you're young, it's a great to get job to get experience but the company is small and opportunities are limited. The job itself is very easy. It's just fast paced.
