Pros
They make a ton of money, keep growing, and pay their employees each week. You also seem to get a lot of free food. And the location is good for most people folks.
Cons
Owners are crazy and enjoy playing games with employees. Harassment lurks around every corner when the boss is in the building (particularly if you are female). Prepare to be screamed at randomly for reasons you won't understand. Sometimes the fear is palpable.
