Pros

A paycheck is better than none.

Cons

In an age where real estate companies hold a reputation of being greedy developers, widening the wealth gap one project at a time, it should not be a surprise to see the day to day operations assure these values are upheld. However, this week Related has reached a new level of discouragement. At a time of global unity in overcoming a threatening pandemic leadership encourages their well-paid salaried staff to stay safely at home while sending their hourly staff to their sites risking their own health and our greater community. Receiving updates that as business slows as much of the population isolates, they can look to keep themselves busy by cleaning if they want to continue to be paid. If they should fear for their health they may turn to a disability claim, and only when they have a confirmed case of COVID-19 will they receive 14 days off. It is disheartening to see a company try to maximize profits at a time when the world population is in such a vulnerable place.

Pros

Worked in my home town

Cons

I have found manager has been dishonest and is very conniving. In my opinion she mixes the truth with deceit. She uses erasable pens when signatures and dates are needed on legal document. Documents that are signed by tenants in both locations. I have witnessed when a tenant is about to sign they ask Ms. Q if they should leave the date section blank. She would tell tenants (at times) to not date their signature, for whatever reason. Basically, erasable ink can be altered at a later time. Legally, this does not stand in the court of law. An Audit was recently performed, who would’ve thought to check ink integrity on legal documents. I had to log into her account in order to do some work while she monitors.
