Pros
Amazing Health Insurance, cost based on salary. Potential for great bonuses, depends how hard your boss will fight for you. Direct boss and co-workers were amazing. Projects I worked on were second-to-none and loved every minute. I had a path upwards, not super far up in the company, but a good path within my department that I was content with, but that seems very rare.
Cons
401k match is low and was suspended in 2020. C-Level is a bunch of rich white finance guys; some are pretty cool, most are ego-driven... Very siloed departments with minimal lateral interactions. Was part of a mass layoff in the fall, so that changed my perspective of the company; at the end of the day, it didn't matter how hard you worked, or how well you did your work, you're a cost and if you cost too much, you're told to get your stuff and clear out.
