upper management doesn’t care about you as a person, they just treat you as a number. HR also not doing their job. Nobody on your side no matter how hard you work and comply with the rules. The points system make it worse, they will give infraction for very tiny unintentional mistskes ( oh yeaah the infraction rules is extremely ridiculous), managers and leaders have favoritism. inexperienced leader, unprofessional. They just said they care, but They Dont, you dont feel at home there, feel like in prison. The chant is just a BS. Related Headquarters should reconstruct and revised everything thsts going on in this Department. Otherwise this department will go down and give Related a bad name. Thank you!
