Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. The RCA exam is required for certain positions where it is essential that the employee have a strong understanding of our core offering. Because of that, it is meant to be challenging to capture a solid understanding of the platform and to represent the standard of excellence that our product promises to all our customers.
