Pros
The technology is absolutely a game changer. From the outside looking in, it may not seem that way, but when you walk through the doors and see what the team is doing, it's really simply amazing. The team is super smart, super dedicated, and amazing to work with. Culture is definitely a positive here.
Cons
It's a startup, so definitely be ready for a roller coaster of change. Sometimes information does not get passed between teams, but this is par for the course of moving so quickly.
