Pros

Free snack sand food: They provide you with everything free from red bull, sparkling drinks, sodas, chips and even oat meal. The company pays very well and the CEO is very kind. The work is chaotic but it's energizing a fun and the vast majority of people who work there are genuine and intelligent people.

Cons

EQ enforcement that is completely bias. The CEO likes to enforce high EQ (Emotional Intelligence) which basically means you're not allowed to have bad days and you must perpetually have a fabulous attitude at work, no matter what. You must always nod and smile and say "yes, of course" even if you don't agree. At least, that's what my supervisors make it to be. However, when you go up to those same supervisors to tell them about other coworkers who have had bad attitudes towards you or have treated you unkindly and have been rude to you, they brush it off as that person just having a bad day. They tell you to have a better back bone and that you need to understand that person is most likely just having a bad day. When you have a bad day, however, you get fired if they don't support you as much as they support those other people, who they are bias for. I've approached my managers on countless occasions about one or two employees rude behavior toward me, and I've also heard complaints from other employees that same employee has been completely rude to them, as well. However, they're still employed because they're buddies with the CEO (and buddies with your supervisor). So everyone ignores their low EQ because of bias. There's other employees that persistently have bad days and react to those bad days and they, too our still very employed because they are well liked by leads and supervisors. However, others get fired on the spot for having a bad day. I'm not the only one who's suffered from Relativity Space's Bias EQ enforcement. Beware if you work there. You can't tell anyone about your issues or YOU will become the issue and they will look for every and all reason to fire you because you don't have "High EQ". Even when those you work with have very low EQ and you talk to every and all individuals you can about it, YOU become the issue and YOU get fired. So, if you get a job there, just always keep your mouth shut, keep everything to yourself. You're problems with these rude people will not be solved by making those people better coworkers. You're problems will only get solved by them firing you because you've become their problem for bringing up the low EQ of their favorite people. 5 Stars for career opportunity because they will notice your performance skill and move you up based on that. 5 stars for compensation and benefits because they are literally the TOP of the entire aerospace industry. 1 Star for culture and values because they only enforce those culture and values if they aren't you're best friend. A very bias work environment with rude people who are not held as accountable for their low EQ as you are. 3 stars for inclusiveness because they don't have any criteria to search for LGBTQIA+ people. I know this because they showed me the criteria they look for and it's literally only POC. They do hold inclusion discussions about LGBTQIA+ but not nearly as much as they do POC

Pros

Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

Cons

Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
