      Pros

      Knowledgeable management that is very receptive to questions. My time there was not the most exciting, as they were in between design phases, but I still managed to learn and achieve a great deal.

      Cons

      The job location is not optimal. There is very little to do in the surrounding area if you live less than an hour away.

      Pros

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
