As all the other reviews seem to suggest, avoid this shambolic company. Not only is the driver support none existent, but they pay peanuts per delivery. I was suspended for a week due to 'customer complaints' yet I only ever leave deliveries with neighbours or in safe places requested by the customer themselves. If you do email Relay, (given there are no contact nunbers) then you are simply ignored. I have just been permanently kicked off the app, with no explanation as to why. I have worked for many delivery companies, but this is by far the worst one. Assuming you do get to complete a block, the app is so buggy that it crashes every two minutes. The maps will send you to competely the wrong place. They draw you in for the first 14 days by paying 'to good to be true' amounts and then once that passes, the rates per drop drastically plummet. The more you work, the more the rates seem to drop. If you Prebook a route, you have until 7pm the night before to cancel, otherwise it will go against you. You'll also be blocked out of booking more routes for the next day. Yet, you won't find out what your route is or how much you are getting paid till the following day. The list could go on and on... There is a reason why this company has so many bad reviews.. avoid at all costs!!
