Overall had a really great experience

Resourcing did not always align with the pace and speed the company was working out. Work/life balance was tough at times

Majority of people are great, good benefits

Management is awful and has driven a high turnover rate. Fosters a culture of secrecy and only promotes people if you’re part of the “in crowd” or drink whatever management is pouring. Half the C-suite has left and they didn’t disclose to the public even though they have to file it - makes you wonder. Not afraid to let go of or reward people who have been committed to the company.
