-Leadership has no clear strategy, no partners or outside interest -Either through a series of missteps, or plain incompetence, they have totally destroyed the Research engine at this company -Relay as it once was will not continue, they will burn all their cash on Ph3 and hope for an approval -They treat exiting employees awful, with little to no severance package and essentially walk them out as if they were fired for cause.
