Pros
Some of the things I enjoyed were the opportunity to learn sales in a fast-paced environment, being able to help customers in resolving problems as well as finding solutions to help them get the most out of the products and services offered, and the chance to grow within the company as well as taking some of those skills to grow personally at the same time.
Cons
Learning often is the biggest challenge. Taking what's taught in training, and understanding the many, many ways to apply those things when dealing with customers, as things are not always as straight forward in the field. Management does a good job of providing support in all situations though.
