Pros
I worked here for a few months and it has been the most eye opening and invigorating experience of my life. Peter, the Owner of the company, President/CEO, is by far the best mentor and is one of the best managers I've ever had, and in the company.. for good reasons. He is involved with his employees, he pushes all of us to be the best & to strive to be the best. This company is goal oriented, you either have goals or you work for someone who does. Whatever your long-term goal is, Relentless and the team will make sure you reach those goals; personal or professional. My only job is to put in the work to ensure I get the career I so badly want to have. Relentless has given me the courage, that I've never had, to grow! I do not have a degree.. yet. Since starting so much personal and professional growth has taken root. I for one am super excited and more than willing to see where this will take me, (hopefully to retirement haha!) This is a very respectable, transparent, and exciting place to work!
Cons
1. The office is located in Lombard, so I cannot take CTA (public transit) to the office easily, if you drive it makes it a LOT easier coming from the city. 2. if you are looking for a 9-5 job, this is probably not the best schedule for you (depending on your position) 3. Management does require hard work 100%! However, the company/management team set me up with very in-depth (yet, attainable) training.. 4. Anyone looking for a J.O.B. with little-no work then mngt training is probably not the correct position for you (at least off the bat) because it does require as much commitment, as it does work.
