Pros
Over the past year at ReliaQuest, I’ve been pushed in ways I didn’t expect stepping into the role, which has been one of the best parts of my experience. I have been trusted with responsibility and brought into conversations far sooner than I anticipated, which has forced me to learn and grow at an accelerated rate. So far, no two days have been the same. You’re going to be challenged and pushed outside of your comfort zone, but that is what makes walking into the office every morning so exciting. One thing that’s stood out to me is the people. The mindset at RQ is one of one. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who are ambitious and hardworking, but are just as invested in helping you succeed alongside them. If you’re looking for a company that will challenge you while standing in your corner every step of the way, I would point you to RQ without hesitation.
Cons
You have to be willing to rise to the challenge, which is motivating if you are someone who's driven, but not an environment for someone who wants to coast.
