      Pros

      Work with friends, great perks like alternative transportation incentive (get paid to bike/walk/bus to work), generous Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      Wages are not as high as some places, and housing in Victoria is very expensive. Upper management is a bit old-fashioned and set in their ways, but doesn't affect day to day work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the best. They were always willing to let me learn and try new things.

      Cons

      Required traveling a lot. This was hard for me because I have a young family
