Fast paced high travel all driving, large region. Long hours but lucrative and fair pay . High demand for achieving sales goals but goals were obtainable and treatment was very fair.

Constant push to sell more even when objectives had been met. Every year they wanted higher sales achieved even when the economy went into a recession. I reached my objectives every year for 12 straight years yet they demanded more. One base pay raise in 12 years and had to ask for it from owner.
