Pros

Flexible work schedule. Great training program.

Cons

Uphill battle to make a decent paycheck. Charge backs from accounts that are so old eat up your commissions pay. I'm talking about accounts that are older than some of the agents who work for the company.

Pros

Good Management Lots of room for Advancement

Cons

A lot of the clients are from lower income households in some of the worst neighborhoods so safety is a concern. About 25% of your clients are deadbeats and will tell you that they can't pay their insurance because they haven't done their hair and their hair is more important than having insurance. Ultimately, you have to chase them down and show up to their houses even 10 times a week (with your own vehicle and gas money). If you cannot collect, your paycheck goes down. You spend so much time dealing with bad clients you have no time to sell which in return hurts your paycheck as well. I was making about $1,000 (before taxes)a week but if you put pen and paper to it, I was probably taking home $500 when you add gas, stamps, vehicle maintenance, etc which I guess is not bad for some but when you consider the fact that you work 12 hour days Monday - Friday and half a day Saturday then you're probably making minimum wage and you don't get to see your family much.
