Pros

Nice team. Helpful, smart, and engaging management, who have a remarkable network. Weekly breakfast, occasional outings as a group. Hours are always reasonable, good amount of paid time off. Learn lots about energy. Highly-respected by customers and other energy companies - internet presence does not reflect that well (they are working on that).

Cons

May be hard to move up within company. Not really bad, but any person may be involved in a wide variety of functions. Through usually generous, management can be somewhat strict.

Pros

RPAC has given me the opportunity to advance my knowledge of the energy industry tenfold. My understanding of being a power broker as expanded and I also have learned key negotiating skills that will help in other areas of expertise. RPAC is a great place to work for and the employees all work as 1 team. We are the best in the business by far.

Cons

So far its been good. I have no complaints.

Pros

The only good part of this job is that it does not require anything more than 9-5

Cons

Management is terrible, this company lacks a clear and concise growth plan. The office is extremely segregated and favorites exist to the extreme. If you are not one of management's favorite you are on the list. If they dont like you, you will either be forced to quit or fired. Management has no regard for employee loyalty, they just dont care. They have no respect as far as to how they speak to you or how you are treated in this office. The office manager thinks that she is privileged and that she is better than everyone else. She treats everyone like garbage at some point or other during their time at this company. Sick days require advance notice and permission...I'm not quite clear on how someone can get advanced notice from their body. This company has no values- they lack all the essential values that a company that wishes to grow should possess.
