      Occasional employee appreciation events/ free meals

      Cons

      Upper management very disconnected from the needs of employees and middle management. Patient care, service suffers at the expense of cutting corners. Metrics are imposed haphazardly and arbitrarily, and used to reduce wage increases almost exclusively. Company does not live up to the stated values of patient care and cost containment. Regularly skirt regulatory guidelines and cut corners. Most of the clinical team and middle management mean well but are pressured to meet unrealistic standards by upper management that is solely concerned with bottom line.

As a growing company we have a lot of managers and supervisors new to their positions and while we are dedicated to giving them the tools they need to lead successful teams, we recognize there is more work to be done.

      Pros

      I can say wholeheartedly that I love my job. In previous companies, I didn’t fully realize how undervalued I felt or how much my career growth was being limited. At Reliable, there is a genuine commitment to employee development, and it shows in the way management and leadership support everyone’s success. The teams collaborate well, creating a positive and productive work environment. Communication is clear and consistent, which makes a big difference day to day. They value employees as people and honor a work-life balance. I can see myself staying with this company for many years, and I sincerely hope I do.

      Cons

      No cons that I feel anyone would need to be warned about. Some times workloads can get busy but the supportive team environment makes it all manageable.
