Pros
You get timely salary every month
Cons
1. It is a one man show run by Director who shows no regard, respect for employee well-being and treats staff with a lack of basic respect.
2. Female employees do not receive maternity leave. Instead, their salaries are cut or they are terminated with vague justifications.
3. There are no bonuses, appraisals, or even basic recognition for performance.
4. The company lacks structured processes, rules, or any form of organizational discipline.
5. Salary deductions are frequent and often based on arbitrary justifications.
6. Bank holidays are rarely given, and basic leaves are not respected. They keep deducting leaves even if you reach 15-30 min late.
7. Work-from-home during emergencies is penalized with half-day pay cuts.
8. Actual take-home salary is often lower than what was agreed upon, due to random deductions.
9. There is absolutely no work-life balance.
10. The office infrastructure and IT infrastructure is poor, outdated, and neglected.
11. There are no proper departments or management structure – it’s a one-man show run entirely by the Director.
12.The company's resignation policy is highly unprofessional, requiring employees to present an offer letter from a new employer before a resignation is even accepted. This approach is both intrusive and unethical. Once an employee submits their resignation, the boss and some known colleagues make your life hell.
13. When you are on notice period, the Director keeps threatening you that he will stop your FNF salary and gratuity. Also he shows no respect or ethics while talking to female employees.
14. Provident fund doesn't get deducted here.
15. Just for name sake it's a Pvt Ltd company since no rules, regulations, processes or work ethics followed here.
If you're looking for a respectful, growth-oriented, and ethical workplace, this is not the right place.
