      Pros

      Less work in first year(GET Training Phase) you can study for CAT,Gate etc like exams Decent Salary if you are from chemical no work at all but if you are from mech or instrument you have to work .

      Cons

      Field Job Politics at senior level management less growth opportunities No other company in private sector to switch. Location problem (jamnagar / surat ) you do not know anything about company's plans for you.
