Pros
Lots of autonomy while working remotely from home. Great sales support from Inside Sales Reps and management. Overall compensation package is competitive vrs similar industry employers. Benefit program is strong. Expense account allowed for opportunities to build personal relationships with clients.
Cons
Some micro management later introduced and unnecessary , was annoying and distractive, did not help at all. Quarterly bonus program had a ceiling of 50% of gross yearly income which didn't provide continued incentive once ceiling was reached.
