Beware. The position of technical recruiter was advertised as fully remote, but they make you come in for three weeks 8am-6pm for training (all of it could have been done remotely). Then after that, they'll ask what days you can come into office. If you tell them that the position was advertised as remote and thus you can't come in, they'll call you every hour, make you turn your camera on, and ask what you've been doing (even though the software they use shows everything that we do with timestamps). Even during my first day of training, I was told "it might feel like I'm micromanaging you, but I'm not." That should have been my first red flag. The trainer even had his friend join the company...and she quit.
