Pros
Good for someone's first job out of high school I would imagine.
Cons
I worked at the Edmonton South centre and can only speak to this environment and its employees. This place was very disconnected. During training, I never saw many employees getting together on breaks.. lots of quiet awkwardness around the office. Training was long-winded and for the most part unnecessary after day 2. I was in tech support and the whole set up was laughable. Bins of alarm hardware to try and fumble your way through calls by finding what the customer owned. Reps had no previous knowledge gained through training and the calls were largely if not completely winged. Sat in with customer service rep for half a day as per training, and the entire team was high school dropouts. The reps shared stories about how they breeze through calls by lying and turning customers off their products/services. Clearly no workforce management or quality assurance in place to monitor calls. The cenre itself was half empty and a lot of employees were unhappy and spoke openly about leaving. "Management" was clearly fed by the same dropouts that previously made up the teams. Skip this place if you have any real experience or ability.
