Some great co-workers, a strong wellness program
Cons
Too much time was consumed with trying to mediate arguments and justify decisions due to the abusive, unprofessional behavior that was allowed by a few. Those bullies were permitted to act that way by exec. mgmt. It often seemed like the more incompetent you were the higher you would go. Morale is poor and it breeds a culture of negativity. There is no communication from the top down and no communication about corporate objectives or performance.
