I started my career in the mortgage industry at Reliant right after graduating college and I honestly can't complain about the time I spent in the company. Upper management is extremely supportive Greg P, Greg T, Neil and Tim were all phenomenal. Everyone is always willing to help and the overall working environment in the office is great. Everyone in the office is extremely hard working and they encourage continuous professional growth by offering a wide variety of trainings and courses. I can say with confidence that I have built long lasting relationship in this company with everyone in the team, improved my professional skills and always felt appreciated for all of my hard work with clients and in the company. It is no surprise why this great company has achieved a 30-50 % growth year over year when everyone in the office is always willing to help. Reliant will provide you with benefits which include dental, vision, medical, 401k match, time off, and free food on Fridays !!! Overall, this is a great company with great benefits and a great team that will make you feel part of a big family.

I only worked for this company for 3 weeks. They offer training if you are a new loan officer. You don't have to make cold calls as often since most of the calls are inward which is rare for this type of work. But there will be times when you have to make outbound calls. You will learn a lot about the industry from your team leaders. They also provide food and snacks, and cater lunch on fridays.

Fraternity-like environment, it can get really annoying sometimes. Instead of commission for closed loans they only give $250 which is totally bogus! I was fired after 3 weeks and to this day I don't know why. I was called into the office and Tim told me "your values and our values don't align" and refused to explain what the issue was. Very weird experience.
