Pros

Free medical and Summer hours

Cons

Reliant Realty doesn't even deserve 1 star. This company used to be fun and friendly but it's going downhill with the changes of upper management. The culture and work ethnic in Corporate office are toxic! 1. Executive Management don't give a damn about their employees. Every department is overwhelmed with work 2. Favoritism - it doesn't matter if you are doing a great job or finished everything on time. You are SCREWED if your manager doesn't like you. All your hard work will NOT be appreciated! They will punish you by giving you more works!!! Oh promotion and a raise maybe? Promotion closes to non-existence and 2-3% raise regardless you are working hard or just sitting in your cubicle doing nothing. 3. Turnover Rate - It's beyond ridiculous. No one stays longer than a year or two after they found out how Reliant treated their employees. Don't be surprised to see completely new faces in every department after a year. 4. Communication - There should be more communication between management and 16th floor employees regarding about changes. We are either the last one to know or we found out from somebody else. DO NOT keep us in the dark! 5. HR Department - Human Resource Department has way too much power in this company. They shouldn't be involve and making day to day operation decision. 6. Benefit - You should provide better benefit to employees and match the 401K and maybe tuition reimbursement.
