6yFeedback like this is hard to read, yet if this person feels this way, then we need to take a hard look and see if there is any truth in it and where we can learn. I invite anyone that is interested in coming to work at Reliant to come talk to our team and see what it's really like on the inside, the investments we have made (and continue to make) and understand our compensation plan (which at the time of writing is based on a strong base + MBO bonus + financial bonus + 401K+Match + insurance.
