The organization is in a phase of definition, development, and maturation: there is a lot of work to do and it is not for the professionally immature or “faint of heart.”

Nepotism is rampant. No degrees in Engineering, the same cronies that ran magnum tool. I’m glad I got laid off I hear it’s worse than ever. Back stabbing QA is a bunch of jaw jackers.... won’t last much longer. Zero benefits, vacation time non existent.
