-This is the most exploitative environment I have ever worked in. I felt dehumanised and treated like a machine. The excessive focus on extreme productivity in the product teams, combined with intrusive monitoring, means no one has time to think things through properly and very poor decisions get made.
-Incompetent strategy, very inexperienced product managers and obscure decision making combined with a very inflexible and rigid approach to work process. Expected to work to incomprehensible slogans like "we need to get comfortable being uncomfortable".
-Claims a flat structure but is authoritarian. There is a puritanical work ethic that leaves very little room for enjoyment of the job, so the work life balance is way off.
