Pros
As a Free Lance Recruiter it is great to have the ability to work the openings you feel you will be most successful at placing a candidate. Relode has ample opportunities to choose from. I have free-lanced for other companies and they did not have as many as Relode. I have partnered with many of their Account Executives and most are very professional, support our efforts and get back in a timely manner. Their system is very easy to use and they are great about paying you when they say they will. I like that they pay a submission fee for candidates they are submitting to the client.
Cons
There have been a few times when I have asked the AEs if a client had a high need for candidates (in order to work viable openings and b/c I didn't want to waste the candidates' time or my time) only to find out the client already had a final candidate or they paused the position. This can be very costly when you are a Free Lance Recruiter. I would also like to see the payouts for placements go up about 30-40%.
