Pros
Great place if you want to learn quickly and build technical breadth. You get hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, automation tools, and real-world client projects almost immediately. The management team is respectful of personal and academic commitments and gives you the autonomy to solve problems your own way.
Cons
Because it is a fast-scaling startup, the environment is highly dynamic and can sometimes feel chaotic. The initial onboarding can be a bit "sink or swim," so you need to be very comfortable doing your own research and figuring things out without a lot of step-by-step hand-holding.
