      Nice Working environment. Flexible working hours. Celebrate employees birthdays at month ends. Luxury Christmas party at year ends.

      Departmental politics. Employees paid heavy percentage of premium especially if added family Very profitable but merit appreciation increase was not significant

      Pros

      Random food for staff, even though I’m sure they stopped doing that once every went into office again.

      Cons

      Awful benefits, awful bosses, awful coworkers, and men that have been there for over 8yrs, treating the new staff like crap. Worst place I’ve ever worked.
